MY STORY

Hospitality has always been part of my life. My first jobs were in pubs and restaurants, and I loved the buzz, the conversations at the bar, the food being served, and the way a pub brings people together. That sense of community stuck with me.

For over ten years I worked in music, running Crucast. I helped to build one of the UK’s biggest independent record labels with platinum records, sold-out shows, and festival stages across the world. It was an amazing journey, but through it all I kept coming back to pubs.

I chose hospitality because I don’t want to see these spaces disappear. Pubs and cafés are not just businesses. They are hubs for locals, spaces for artists, and opportunities for small suppliers. They are where people meet, celebrate, and feel at home.

That is why I started We Are The Disruptors. I take everything I learned about building audiences and telling stories in music and put it into helping hospitality venues thrive through social media.

I live in Oxfordshire with my partner and our dog Nugget. Most weekends you will find me exploring a new walk, eating something hearty, or unwinding in a village pub.

For me, this is not just work. It is personal. I want to make sure independent hospitality not only survives but grows stronger.
