REFUND POLICY

INSTANT BOOK SERVICES

All Instant Book services are non-refundable. Once booked and paid for, the session will go ahead as scheduled. Clients may reschedule a session once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

MONTHLY PACKAGES

Monthly packages are non-refundable. Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any payments already made are non-refundable but services will continue until the end of the paid period.

CONTENT DAYS

Content day bookings are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS BY US

If we are unable to deliver a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no additional cost. In the rare case that rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

For digital services such as audits, strategy sessions, and content plans, refunds are not available once the service has started, as work begins immediately upon booking.
