TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION


These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities when working with [Your Business Name]. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES


We provide social media services including, but not limited to:

  • Strategy sessions and audits

  • Content creation and content days

  • Social media management

  • Paid advertising setup and management

  • Monthly packages tailored to client needs

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

  • All Instant Book services must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Monthly packages are invoiced at the start of each month and must be paid within 14 days.

  • Late payments may result in paused services until payment is received.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

  • Cancellations for Instant Book services must be made at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

  • Monthly packages require [30 days] notice for cancellation.

  • Content day bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clients must provide access to relevant accounts, branding, and content in order for us to carry out the service.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all information they provide is accurate and up to date.

  • Timely communication is essential to ensure services are delivered as agreed.

DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINES

  • We will agree timelines for deliverables at the start of each project.

  • Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication from the client may affect deadlines.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  • Content created specifically for the client will belong to the client once full payment has been made.

  • We reserve the right to use examples of work for our own marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • While we aim to achieve strong results, social media performance can never be guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from social media platform changes, outages, or third-party actions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All client information will be kept strictly confidential and only used for the purposes of delivering the service.

GOVERNING LAW


These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
